About the Role
Chil & Co. is looking for a reliable, fast-moving freelance videographer who specializes in content creation, social media, and short-form video production to join our in-house creative team.
This is not traditional film production.
Most of our projects involve creating engaging content for brands, events, social media campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives. We need someone who can jump into productions of varying sizes—from quick 1–3 hour content shoots to larger event coverage—and consistently capture high-quality footage with a social-first mindset.
This is a 3-month contract role designed to support our growing production workload. The selected videographer will work closely with our internal creative team and serve as an extension of our agency throughout the contract period.

Create short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Repurpose existing footage into new content pieces.
Edit footage captured by other team members, clients, or creators.
Add basic motion graphics, captions, music, and transitions when appropriate.
Deliver content within tight turnaround timelines.
