CHIL INTERNSHIPS
Our organization prides itself on growth and development, including the growth of our interns. We believe in giving interns the opportunity to gain real-world experience, and are excited to help guide them in their position with us at Chil Media. Our internship process is divided into two phases, ending with the opportunity to be hired as a contractor in the second phase.
Internship Program
The first phase of our internship starts with a three-month unpaid contract and a daily stipend. Our operations team ensures they get the guidance to properly onboard and grow into their roles with a robust process and weekly check-ins. All of our internships are put on a fellowship track. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offer a paid fellowship.
Fellowship Program
By the end of the three-month contract, our interns are fully immersed in our creative and day-to-day processes. If successful, they begin phase two as a paid contractor. Many of our interns then advance to full-time positions within our company or find successful jobs in similar industries. After successfully completions of the fellowship, you may be offered full time or part-time contract.

RODOLFO DIAZ
I got started with Chil in 2019, I was brought on as a Chil studios/fourofour intern. I was able to learn and spend more time with Adobe apps like Lightroom, photoshop, & bridge. Along with learning more about professional photo retouching and color correction. I also spent time helping grow our studio by transforming the space from an old gym into being an exclusive photo studio being rented out almost daily for productions or in house sessions.
Meanwhile I was helping market, grow, & transform the studio I was able to help build a template for events & photo walks with fourofour. I was also marketing our inventory of clothing & art while pursuing new collaborations with Atlanta artists.
Now I’ve moved onto becoming a manager/lead photographer for Chil studios, a lead for fourofour, & also a agency photographer at Chil & co.

My internship experience at Chil Studios was absolutely amazing! I worked directly under the co-founder and COO, Anu Chiluveru, which provided a window into different business specialties, including HR, project management, operations, accounting & finance, and marketing.
Working for Chil Studios as a floating intern has given me the hands-on opportunity to take the knowledge I learned from business school, expand it and develop more business acumen.
The internship program is challenging and one of the best decisions I have ever made!

I was a creative looking for a creative home and stumbled upon Chil & Co.'s Content Creator Internship. Here, I was given the opportunity to not only expand my skills as a content creator but to explore the Creative Project Manager position as well. Chil helped me identify the career path I wanted to pursue and haven't looked back since.
