PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN
Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Intern to support our Creative and Operations teams. In this role, you will collaborate with the Project Management team, Creative Directors, and broader creative staff to ensure clear communication, efficient processes, and accurate tracking of deliverables.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship, working closely with our experienced project managers and creative leaders while learning the fundamentals of project coordination in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Update and maintain templates for project tracking, reporting, and client communications.
Manage and organize data, project files, and timelines to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in conducting project and retainer audits and compiling reports for project performance reviews.
Support project managers with scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups.
Document and share meeting notes, action items, and deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity across teams and clients.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and updating templates.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Willingness to learn new processes and take feedback constructively.
Passion for organization, efficiency, and supporting creative teams.
Compensation/Length
3-Months / 20 hours per week
This is an unpaid internship
The agency provides a $15 stipend per day for transportation and meals
This is a hybrid position where you will work remotely most of the time. This role will require applicants to attend in-person productions weekly, so commuting to Atlanta or surrounding areas could vary anywhere from 1- 2 times a month.
If offered the position, you will be offered a 5-day remote trial run. Upon successful completion of the trial run, you will be offered an internship position with a $15 per day stipend. By the end of the three-month contract, our interns are fully immersed in our creative and day-to-day processes. If successful, they begin phase two as a paid contractor.
