JR. PROJECT MANAGER

We’re seeking an entry/intermediate level Project Manager to help oversee and manage a variety of creative projects and client accounts. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their project management skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the creative process are important for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating communications with clients, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced project management team and Creative Director, gaining valuable hands-on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Work with the creative team to develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource needs.

  • Resource Management: Ensure effective allocation of resources and that the team has the necessary tools and support to complete projects successfully.

  • Timeline Management: Monitor project schedules, proactively address potential delays, and keep projects on track.

  • Team Coordination: Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among team members through regular meetings and updates.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between the creative team and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing deliverables.

  • Budget Management: Record and track project expenses

  • Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of project details, including briefs, progress reports, and meeting notes.

  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any feedback.

Position type: Contractor (3-month term with potential for extension)

Compensation: $15 per hour, based on a work schedule of 35-40 hours per week
