About the Internship
Are you passionate about social media, marketing, and content creation? Our creative team is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern with a strong interest in social media management to join our agency. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment and contribute to real campaigns for our three brands: Chil & Co., Chil Studios, and fourofour. You'll have the opportunity to help work on real client accounts.
We’re looking for a self-starter who’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a creative agency. This internship has the potential to lead to a paid fellowship position upon successful completion.
This internship is designed for current students, recent graduates, or early-career creatives who want to build skills in content creation, advertising, and production, with a strong emphasis on training, mentorship, and portfolio-building.
You’ll also have access to our studio and select equipment to create your own portfolio pieces (outside of client projects), along with additional studio perks to support your creative growth.
*Candidates must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work or classwork to be considered.

Learn how to interpret analytics reports and improve performance metrics
Lean the end-to-end process of launching successful social media campaigns
Learn skills in writing, planning, and producing video and photo content
We build in:
Weekly check-ins with your supervisor to review work, answer questions, and set/track learning goals.
Opportunities to review your edits together, talk through creative decisions, and refine your craft.
Studio Access & Perks
As part of this internship, you’ll have:
Access to our studio space to create unpaid personal portfolio projects (outside of client work and subject to scheduling).
The ability to use and/or rent select studio equipment for approved portfolio shoots.
Discounted rental rates for paid shoots.
Opportunities to experiment, test ideas, and build a body of work you can showcase.
Ideal Skills & Background
You don’t need to be an expert—we’re here to help you grow. You’ll be a great fit if:
You’re genuinely interested in short-form content, social media, and visual storytelling.
You’re a current student, recent graduate, or early-career creative interested in film, media, communications, design, marketing, or a related area.
You can shoot professional-quality or near-professional-quality photos and videos, or you’re actively leveling up in that direction.
You’re open to feedback, comfortable communicating, and enjoy collaborating with a small team.
You can manage your time, stay organized, and follow through on tasks.
You’re reliable, accountable, and collaborative.
You’re eager to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative.
You’re comfortable working under tight deadlines and balancing multiple small projects.
Familiar with major social platforms and current social trends
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management
