The Challenge

Resilience Force is a national nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights, recognition, and resilience of America’s disaster recovery workforce. As their impact and audience continued to grow, their existing branding and website no longer reflected the scale or clarity of their mission. They needed a new visual identity and a modern, user-friendly website that would clearly communicate their work, energize supporters, and attract new partnerships.

Our Approach

Chil & Co. partnered with the Resilience Force team to reimagine their brand from the ground up.

Brand Identity:
We designed a new logo that embodied strength, movement, and unity—drawing inspiration from the frontline workers at the heart of their mission. The new mark is bold, recognizable, and adaptable across digital and print platforms.

Website Design + Development:
We collaborated closely with Resilience Force to streamline their messaging, rework the site architecture, and develop a clean, engaging website that put their mission front and center. The new site features intuitive navigation, powerful storytelling, and clear calls to action—whether for donating, getting involved, or learning more.
