The Challenge

The Asbury Group, a leadership development and executive coaching firm, partnered with Chil & Co. to elevate its digital presence and create a scalable library of high-quality video and podcast content. Their goals included producing compelling promotional videos, capturing conversations with key leaders, and developing podcast episodes that communicate their methodology, mission, and thought leadership. With multiple production days, complex scheduling, and the need for clear, concise messaging across all content formats, The Asbury Group engaged Chil & Co. to lead strategy, production, and delivery across all multimedia touchpoints.

Our Approach

Chil & Co. worked closely with The Asbury Group across three separate production phases to build a cohesive, professional suite of video and audio assets that reflect their expertise and brand values:

  • Podcast Production: We produced multiple podcast episodes—ranging from shorter, topic-focused conversations to full-length discussions—featuring leadership coaches and partners from The Asbury Group. Each episode maintained a consistent structure, tone, and visual identity to strengthen brand recognition across platforms.

  • Promotional Video Content: For each production cycle, we created promotional videos spotlighting team members, their coaching philosophies, and key leadership concepts. This included “Who We Are” content, POV-style videos, and rapid-fire Q&A segments designed to deliver clear, digestible messages.

  • Fireside Chats: We filmed a 45-minute fireside-style discussion featuring The Asbury Group’s leadership team. Shot in a podcast-inspired format, this long-form content provided depth, context, and storytelling that could be repurposed into social clips.

  • Location-Based Production: From Kimball International to Chil Studios, our team managed location scouting, set design, lighting, audio, run-of-show development, and onsite direction to ensure every production day was seamless and efficient.

  • Social Media Clips: We delivered a suite of short-form videos optimized for digital use, repurposing podcast episodes, fireside conversations, and promo interviews into engaging, platform-ready content for The Asbury Group’s marketing channels.
