The Darwin Hotel is a 111-room boutique property located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, a fast-growing neighborhood that’s both vibrant and challenging. Known for its eclectic character, the hotel blends approachable charm with creative local flair—featuring a central courtyard, outdoor cocktail bar, on-site dog park, and a rotating pop-up chef program that spotlights Atlanta talent.

The Challenge

As an independent hotel in a developing part of town, The Darwin needed to:

• Strengthen its brand identity in a competitive Atlanta hospitality market.

• Build awareness and attract new audiences through fresh creative and storytelling.

• Showcase its unique amenities and neighborhood connection to stand apart from larger, more established hotels.

• Establish a consistent and engaging presence on digital and social channels.

Our Approach

Chil & Co. partnered with The Darwin Hotel to elevate the hotel’s presence and connect with its community. Our work included:

• Content Creation – Producing photography, graphics, reels, and campaigns that highlight distinctive features like the courtyard, chef pop-ups, and dog-friendly atmosphere.

• Social Media Partnership – Managing content calendars, shaping brand voice, and engaging directly with followers to grow community awareness and loyalty.

• Digital Positioning – Supporting updates to web and online channels to better showcase the hotel’s offerings and strengthen its reputation as a local gem.
