FREELANCE DRONE PILOT

Our agency is seeking a certified video drone pilot to join our freelancer hub. Our ideal candidate has experience with production, and post-production within the Adobe suite and possesses the ability to adapt to a team workflow. The ideal candidate is also someone who is interested in pursuing a career in creative short-form content creation. This candidate will work on a project-to-project basis working on productions for various clients.

*Only candidates with a portfolio and a valid drone license would be considered for the role and selected for an interview.

Responsibilities: 

• Production

  • Filming short-form content using your equipment or the company’s equipment

  • Working knowledge of stabilizers and sliders

  • Working knowledge of grip

  • Working knowledge of continuous lighting equipment

• Post-production

  • Organizing + backing up footage

  • Editing short-form content (IG posts, reels, stories etc.)

  • Pitching / presenting content to internal team + clients

  • Working knowledge of after-effects+

Required Skills:

1. DSLR Video Production

2. Adobe Premiere (Intermediate / Expert level knowledge)

3. Adobe After-effects (Intermediate + level knowledge)

4. File organization

5. Small gimbal operation (Ronin-S / M or similar)

Compensation / Length:

$50 - $90/hr for drone production

$40 - $60/hr for ground production

$20 - $30/hr for editing based on experience
